How to Apply
1) Japanese University Preparatory Course (1.5 years / 2 years)
Step 1 Application
Please complete and send the "Application for Admission" (Form-1) and "Personal Record" (Form 2) to us by FAX or Email.

Step 2 Document Submission
Please send all the forms (Form-1 ~ Form-8) and all required documentation to us. You must submit original copies of some documentation, such as diplomas, so please send them by a reliable service such as EMS or DHL.
Step 3 Screening
Following the inspection of documentation, we may ask you to do a test and interview.
Step 4 Immigration Office Application
We will apply for your "Certificate of Eligibility" from the Fukuoka Immigration Office.
Step 5 Immigration Office Results
We are notified by the immigration office of whether or not your "Certificate of Eligibility" was granted.
Step 6 Payment of Tuition
As soon as we receive payment of your first years tuition, we will send you your "Certificate of Eligibility" and any other documentation required to apply for a visa in your home country.
Step 7 Visa Application
As soon as you receive the documentation, please go to your nearest Embassy or Consulate of Japan and apply for a visa.
Step 8 Preparing to Come to Japan
Please inform us as soon as you get your visa.
At this time, you will need to get your plane ticket and start getting prepared. Please let us know your flight number and times.
Step 9 Arrival in Japan
Someone from school will come to pick you up at the airport. Your can start your life as soon as you arrive if you are staying in the dormitory. If you want to find an apartment, we will take you to a real estate agent to find one and make a contract.
2) Short Term Japanese Study Course (12 weeks)

Step 2 Document Submission
We will look at your application, and let you know the additional documentation you need to send.
Step 3 Screening
After inspecting your documentation, we will let you know if you have been accepted or not.
*You may be asked to do an interview as well
Step 4 Payment of Tuition
Once you have been informed of your eligibility, Please send the tuition amount to the school's bank account by electronic transfer. If you need to apply for a visa, we will send you the "Letter of Eligibility" to you by EMS.
Step 5 Visa Application
If you need a visa, as soon as you receive the documentation, please go to your nearest Embassy or Consulate of Japan and apply for a visa.
Step 6 Preparing to Come to Japan
Please inform us as soon as you get your visa.
At this time, you will need to get your plane ticket and start getting prepared. Please let us know your flight number and times.

3) Resident Student Course
